The stunning yoga room provided a breathtaking start to each day.
Finding our way around the hotel was frustrating. Without a map, it felt like we were wandering aimlessly, and it took a lot longer than expected to explore the grounds. Additionally, the menu options were quite limited, which left us disappointed during our stay.

A magical stay for the proposal
Our stay was filled with enchanting moments, from the magical grounds to the attentiveness of staff like Astrid, who made it unforgettable. Dining was pleasant, and the stunning atmosphere set the perfect backdrop for a special proposal.
Finding our way to the boardwalk was challenging. a simple map would have made it easier. While the food presentation was delightful, we hoped for a bit more variety on the menu.

Couple's perfect escape
It was like stepping into another world. The grounds were magnificent, and every corner was filled with beauty like I’ve never seen. Not only that, but the staff was attentive ensuring we had everything we needed. I remember one evening, we were relaxing by the pool and one of the staff members appeared out of nowhere to offer us ice-cold drinks just when we needed them most-so perfect.
It certainly wasn’t cheap, but considering the quality, I’d say it was worth every penny.

Had a fantastic night in a Junior Suite, which had a private bathroom, bathrobes, and a cozy seating area. The views of Lake Atitlan and volcanoes were breathtaking. The staff, especially Juan Carlos and Ariel, were super helpful. Breakfast? You can't miss the JC French toast, probably the best I've ever had!

My children wished there were more kid-friendly menu options.

The ambiance is enchanting, with multiple cozy spots and the most impressive JC French toast that I'd recommend to anyone. Service is attentive, highlighted by staff like Juan Carlos and Ariel, who genuinely enhance the experience. While the dining was consistently good, it didn't always hit exceptional marks with variety. Still, the overall vibe and attention to detail made it a memorable stay.
