We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful landscaping and attention to detail at Casa Prana. Every corner of the property held delightful surprises, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The staff, especially Diana and Monica, were highly professional and always available to answer our questions. The food was not only delicious but also presented beautifully, and we were impressed with the quick service from the chef and his team. Taking the trail along the lake to Santa Cruz was a fun and short 10-minute walk to the village. Casa Prana truly feels like a magical retreat.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The exclusive amenities were luxurious and fulfilled all my needs. The Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and heated swimming pool were perfect for a relaxing stay. The sun terrace and garden area provided stunning views, and the leisure/TV room was a great place to unwind. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the in-room breakfast was a wonderful touch. The private facilities, including the outdoor dining area and picnic area/tables, made my stay even more memorable. Moreover, the location was superb, offering easy access to all the local attractions.

My only minor issue was that the massage service didn't meet my expectations. Although the full-body massage was good, I was expecting more from a high-end venue like this hotel.

We absolutely loved the fact that we were able to have personalized, made-to-order food at any place we wished on the property, and the guide provided was an interesting read.

Construction was happening nearby, which led to loud noises by day. Although this did not really affect us too much as we mostly stayed in the pool or the outdoor areas, it could be a disturbance for some.
